How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 24 hours. Large lists with several manufacturers can take longer, so we tell you the expected date right away.
Do you have products in stock?
We keep frequently needed parts in stock in our warehouse in Slovenia. Other products are ordered directly from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor.
Can you offer an equivalent if the original is discontinued?
Yes. Our engineers check dimensions, materials, signals and certificates and propose a compatible equivalent, which you confirm before ordering.
Which documents come with the delivery?
Invoice and delivery note and, depending on the product, an EU declaration of conformity (CE), EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, ATEX or PED certificates and calibration reports.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Across the European Union, to Switzerland and the Western Balkans. For countries outside the EU we also prepare the customs documents.
What are the payment terms?
First order with prepayment. For regular clients we offer payment terms of up to 30 days after a credit check.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. We also deliver a single spare part.
