What data we collect
- Form data: name, company name, VAT ID, email, phone, content of the request and attached files.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of visit, logged automatically by the server for security.
- Cookies: only necessary cookies for the site to work, others only with your consent.
Why we use the data
- to prepare a quote and reply to your request,
- to fulfil orders and contracts,
- to meet legal obligations, for example accounting,
- to keep the website secure.
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, to prepare or perform a contract, to meet legal obligations or for our legitimate interest in website security, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep data from requests that do not lead to an order for no longer than two years. Data related to orders and invoices is kept for as long as the law requires. After that the data is deleted.
Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email and logistics providers, and with public authorities when the law requires it. We have data protection agreements with our providers. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done only with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can request at any time:
- access to your data and its correction,
- erasure or restriction of processing,
- transfer of your data to another controller,
- objection to processing and withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing,
- review by the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Security
We protect data with technical and organisational measures such as an encrypted connection, restricted access and regular backups.
